All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Shipping timelines and costs will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If local pickup is offered, customers are responsible for collecting their orders within a reasonable timeframe.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are generally final. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jonathan.ng.pottery@gmail.com so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
